Relentless learning is one of the most important traits of an open-minded and self-confident person. And persevering and ceaselessly learning is one of the most important survival techniques to hold one’s own in difficult times.
Failure, on the other hand, is easy. Failure is nothing but the inevitable result of a few small daily failures that accumulate over time until eventually there is no turning back.
I believe that serendipity is nothing more than unexpected rewards for intelligent choices we have made. Success does not occur because the stars are in a favorable constellation. Success is something that is consciously created, in business as well as in private life.
Critics usually criticize you only because you care about them in some way. If at some point the critics don’t say anything anymore, then you don’t matter to them either. Only when no one criticizes you should you really worry.
You know, Blake, people have this deep human aspiration within them, whether they realize it or not. Each of us wants to expand our potential and develop personally. Every one of us wants to make a difference, to make a difference, regardless of what our occupation is. And we all want to live in such a way that at the end of our lives we do not get the feeling that we have lived in vain. No one wants to look back on their deathbed at a life that counted for nothing.

If you give a bad image, you will feel uncomfortable for a short time, but if you let fears and doubts rule you, you will feel uncomfortable for a lifetime. I am convinced that obstacles appear only to test you on how serious you are about something.
It’s better to go down with flying colors because you set far too ambitious goals than to spend your most precious hours in front of the TV in some suburb.
Allow yourself a few quiet moments every morning before you go to work. And use that time to reflect. Sometimes you have to shift down a gear to speed up. Thinking quietly while everyone else is still asleep is an excellent exercise to get excellent performance. Self-contemplation leads to intense clarity of thought.
The fear you overcome when you push yourself to your limits ensures that your boundaries expand.
People inevitably get into trouble when they take what they have as the basis for who they are and what constitutes their identity in the world. Because when they lose those things, they lose themselves.
